I formed Pulsifer Investments to be the parent entity of a variety of investment activities, from real estate, to property management, to internet marketing and sales.

My primary activity from 1997 to the present is that of an opportunistic real estate developer and investor.  I follow a proven formula: I consistently identify problems in underperforming assets, and through use change and management improvements, solve those problems to produce profits for my investors.

Starting with a single family home in 1997, I have since purchased over 3400 acres for conservation development, built and sold a thriving property management firm, bought and renovated dozens of homes, and acquired hundreds of apartment units for rehabilitation and condo conversions in multiple states.

I am now located in Whitefish Montana, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with my wife and 2 daughters, and am actively starting new, digital real estate businesses.

Digital real estate operates on the same fundamental principles  as described above- I identify problems in markets in the form of unmet demand, and produce digital properties to fill the needs of consumers.  Find a need, fill a need.
